The machine is designed to apply glue to door and window elements, eliminating the need to apply glue manually. Automation makes it possible to speed up the process and reduce the consumption of glue. The machine is easy to install, no electrical connection is needed, just compressed air. Optionally, a wide range of heads are available for connections from 3 to 10 cm.
The glue is distributed during the carriage movement, thanks to which an even application is obtained on the surface of the tenon. The machine has a standard glue distribution control system depending on the height and depth of the pin, and the adjustable speed of the trolley.
For cleaning purposes, the heads/nozzles can be tilted and immersed in the washing liquid tank.
Standard parameters of the machine subject to regulation:
amount of glue delivered to the nozzle,
the amount of glue distributed by the nozzle depending on the height of the element,
the amount of glue distributed by the nozzle depending on the depth of the tenon,
trolley speed (increase in speed – less glue spread and vice versa).
