ROBOT FOR WRAPPING PALLETS WITH STRETCH FOIL

Mobile stretch film wrapping machine. Indispensable when it is not possible to transfer the pallet with the material to other packaging machines. The machine is equipped with an AGM battery. The speed selector controls the lifting and lowering of the film holding trolley to adjust the speed and thus the degree of film overlap.

Mod trolley PME – The machine is equipped with a trolley with a unit for pre-stretching the foil. System with gears and rollers for pre-stretching the film when unwinding it. standard value
pre-stretching up to 150% (possibility of pre-stretching in the range of 50%-200%). The movable electronically controlled roller controls the unwinding of the film by adjusting the speed of the motor.
